We have 2 Merchant account integrations. CSI Pay and Braintree. Steps on how to apply these once a client has went through the application process is below.
Braintree Integrations Steps:

Sign up for an account, send sign-in info to Support
Get Login and login under production
If there is no API key, generate new API key
- Under Account tab, Go to “My User”
- Scroll to “API Keys, Tokenization Keys, Encryption Keys”
- Click “View Authorization”
- “Generate New API Key”
Click View Under Private Key
Copy Private Key into Private Key/Password Field in CRM
Copy and Paste Public Key into Public Key/Username Field in CRM
Copy Merchant ID into Merchant/Server Name Field in CRM
Go to Settings and choose Processing
- Scroll down and Copy Merchant Account ID into Merchant Account field in CRM (w/ “instant” don’t include (default)
Update in CRM
Custom Fields
On that same page in Braintree, scroll up to Custom Fields
- Click New and add “eventid” in API Name and Display Name field then select Store and Pass Back, Click Save
Repeat last step for organizationid, prospectid, requestid, offerid, classdatetime
CSI Pay
For this, you will need to email support@csipay.com and ask for any details you will need for their integration. You will receive an email back like this:
