Active Campaign:
What you need from the client: Login and List Name
What you need to do:
- Login to Active Campaign account and grab subdomain from url (https://soturifitnessandnutrition.activehosted.com/admin/main.php?action=list) Then, add subdomain to Identity/Username.
- Click on profile in upper right hand corner and scroll down to Support. Under settings click Developer. Grab Key from API Access on the right and add to API/Auth Key.
- Go to Lists on top menu. Click on correct list name provided by client. Grab listid in url and put number in List Name. (https://soturifitnessandnutrition.activehosted.com/app/contacts/?listid=4&status=1)
Aweber:
What you need from the client: username and password, list names (program specific)
What you need to do:
- Click “ Auto Add Aweber Account “
- You will be redirected to an Aweber API access screen. Enter schools login information
3. Once you submit information correctly you will be redirected automatically to the CRM. You will see Aweber API information automatically inserted
4. Click “edit” and add the Aweber list name to the “list name” column.
- IMPORTANT: you will need to re-select “aweber” from the integration list menu again- then click “update.
- Integration is complete
NOTE: Aweber requires that all API contacts that are imported receive “confirmation e-mail” so all leads will receive a confirmation e-mail from school asking if they would like to be added to the Aweber list name. This means school’s list names need to be appropriate.

What you need from the client: Login
What you need to do:
- Click “Get Access Token” on CRM Integrations sheet for client’s account.
- Click “I already have an account”
- Login with school account and copy the access token and username
- Save token in API/Auth Key
- Username in Identity/Username
- List Name in List Name

Infusionsoft:
What you need from the client: Admin login credentials & list name

Click the Infusionsoft logo at the top, then go under Admin → Settings (in picture below)
On the left side menu bar, select Applications, then scroll down to API, copy the Encrypted Key and add to API key in CRM.
In the top Menu bar under IS logo, this time select Settings under CRM
In the left side Menu bar select “Tags”. Add the NUMBER of the tag that you want the leads to fall into to the CRM under List name. Hit Update.

What you need from the client: Login and their login url (different for every client)
What you need to do:
- Subdomain goes under identity/username
- Get API key by going to Settings in top menu bar → Click Lead Campaigns, either create a new campaign or click “edit” on one that already exists. Grab the Access Token, and put it in the CRM under API Key. Click Update :)
MailChimp:
What you need from the client: Login
What you need to do: Go into their account, click on their name/pic in the top right hand corner and select Account from the dropdown - go to Extras, then API keys - grab the long API key under their name on that page and add it under API in the CRM. Then go to Lists in the top left, and copy the List name that they want their leads to fall into and add it verbatim in the CRM - click update!
Mindbody:
What you need from the client: Admin login credentials
What you need to do:
- Log into Admin Mindbody account
- Locate Site ID in url
- Add Site ID to CRM Integration page → Click “Get URL”
- Page should come up saying that 97 Display now has access
- Submit test lead and check within Mindbody
MyVolo (Now Member Manager):
What you need from the client: You need to email Volo and ask for the credentials for a 97/Volo integration. support@membersolutions.com
What you need to do: Once they emailed you back with the credentials - plug in accordingly (see below image)

Spark:
- Login to https://app.sparkmembership.com/login.aspx navigate to "Settings" Then "API Key / Tracking Codes" you will see API Key and Location Id To get "User Id" "Staff Logins and Permissions" then click edit "staff member" on the url you will find it after id= "Settings_Users_Add.aspx?id=xxxx"
- 1- Update the API Key in API Key
- 2- Update Location Id in Location.
- 3- Update User Id in User Id.

Save the Subdomain or account in "Identity", the access key in "Password" , Client number in "API key"
