Launched is where the deal will be dropped by the Implementation team once the site is live.
Once you have set up their account, added them to the master list, put in their analytics code, etc. move them to Initial Acct Setup/Welcome. That will trigger the Welcome Email to be sent.
Move them to CRM Walkthrough scheduled once you receive a Calendly notice that the client has scheduled their walkthrough.
Move them in CRM Walkthrough Complete after their walkthrough and once you have added it to the "Reports" spreadsheet in Drive.
No Walkthrough means you have reached out 3 times (2 emails including welcome email, and 1 phone call) asking the client for a time to speak and they either have not responded or say that they do not need a time.
**Both CRM Walkthrough Complete and No Walkthrough (3x) move automatic from this point forward, in 30 days they will be put into 30 day check in and be sent an email from Active Campaign.
**90 days after the clients walkthrough, you will receive a notice in Zendesk that the client has graduated Onboarding. Nothing is needed from you at this time, this is just to let you know that all of their requests going forward should be put through to the support team.
